Well, there are several ways we deal in payments here on Savvy. As Pakistan’s premium freelance service platform, we aim to be as accessible and headache free as realistically possible. So, in the spirit of being headache free, here are a few ways to pay on Savvy.
First of all, let’s talk about how to pay for services on Savvy. So, let’s say you just got a really important job done on Savvy, and now you want to reimburse the specialist you hired for it. Well, on our platform, you shouldn’t have any issues in payment. How can we promise that? It’s simple - we support the most popular forms of payment on our website, like JazzCash, credit and debit cards. Beyond these, we also offer full compatibility with PayPro to facilitate fast and easy money exchanges. Between these options, you can transfer funds safely, quickly and almost anywhere in the country instantaneously.
Secondly, let’s talk about security. Savvy uses highly advanced security software on all of its payment transfers to ensure your money stays safe while your work is under progress. We store all funds securely and transfer them only when you give a green light. This means you can ask for revisions on your work like re-editing a video you may not be completely satisfied with, or rewriting content you had written. By safely keeping the agreed sum between the buyer and the specialist we can ensure equitable trades without anyone having to worry. It’s a fool- proof and has been relied upon by huge corporations like Revlon and Dettol and others in the past.
The same options that you use to pay for gigs are available to our Specialists as well. Upon successful completion of a gig, a freelancer can avail their money via any one of these options. Isn’t that wonderful? It means even if you don’t want to go to the bank, like if you don’t have an account, you can still easily get paid via JazzCash or PayPro. No need to spend hours in line to make a deposit at the bank - we can get you what you need quicker than ever.
In case you haven’t read our thorough walkthrough of how to navigate our website, check it out here . In case you already have and just want a quick refresher, let’s boil it down for you. There are two main ways of using Savvy - as a buyer and as a specialist.
A buyer is someone who needs to get work done and can pay for it. To set up a buyer account, log onto our website and make a new profile. Make sure you clearly choose the option to become a buyer - otherwise you might become a specialist and you won’t be able to get offers. Once you’ve made an account, choose the option to post a job on the marketplace. A job is a brief outline of what you need done, with deadlines and specifications attached. Make sure you add a baseline price to let our specialists know your budget. Then comes the specialist’s part.
As a specialist, you’ll need to post a description of your services in a post called a gig. You can offer more than one gig at a time, depending on your talents - we certainly encourage it. Once you have made a gig - check out the link above for more details on how - you can either wait to be contacted by an interested buyer or start bidding on jobs posted on the marketplace. Bidding is where different specialists offer their price for doing a job and let buyers choose which one they want to work with. It’s an easy system, and the best way to learn how is to begin, so sign up today!
